The “Peppa Pig Treasure Hunt Family Interactive Exhibition” is an interactive family experience themed on the Peppa Pig character. Each scene is designed based on iconic Peppa Pig animated scenes, set up as a Treasure Hunt journey. Children and their families will work together to obtain clues from different interactive games, ultimately leading them to the final treasure trove.
Tickets for the experience can be pre-booked on Incutix, Klook and 01 Space. There is also an on-site ticketing kiosk available, accepting payment via Visa, Mastercard, Alipay Hong Kong, and WeChat Pay.
Yes, when you purchase the tickets, you will need to select your entry date and time slot. We recommend you pre-book your tickets online and arrive within the designated time.

This experience features interactive activities of varying difficulty levels, making it suitable for children aged 2-8 years old and their families to enjoy together. Due to the experience and safety considerations, children under 2 year old are not recommended to participate in this event.
Given the interactive nature and the safety considerations during the event, children must be accompanied by an adult. If parents are unable to attend, you can ask other family members or friends to assist. We strongly encourage parents to make time to participate together with their children, to ensure their safety and to share the joy and quality time of the experience.
The entire interactive experience is designed to take approximately 70 minutes to complete.
We recommend that you and your children wear comfortable and casual attire that allows for easy movement and participation in the various interactive games and activities, so that both young and old can enjoy the experience worry-free.
No, it will not. Our venue is located indoors, so the experience will continue to operate even in rainy weather. However, in the case of extreme weather conditions, we may need to make adjustments accordingly. In the event that the “Peppa Pig Treasure Hunt Family Interactive Exhibition” needs to be temporarily closed due to weather, safety, maintenance, or other reasons, the organizer reserves the right to close the exhibition without prior notice.
Some of the experience areas do utilize special visual and audio effects, without the use of flashing lights and other special effects that may cause discomfort. This event is recommended for individuals without heart disease, cardiovascular-related conditions, high or low blood pressure, intoxication, pregnancy, or any physical or mental discomfort. It is advised to assess one’s own condition for safety and health or have an adult accompany the visit.
We have staff and first-aid equipment on-site. If a child feels unwell or gets injured during the event, please immediately seek assistance from the staff. We will promptly provide necessary medical aid for the child. If the situation is more serious, we will help the parents take the child to the nearest medical facility.
Due to space limitations, some exhibition areas may not be fully accessible. Individuals using larger or electric wheelchairs may have difficulty navigating narrow corridors and walkways within the venue.
Unfortunately, for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not allow participants to bring pets into the event venue. We hope you understand and comply with these regulations, so that we can create a safe and comfortable environment for the family interactive experience.
For the sake of on-site safety, hygiene and the overall experience of all individuals, bringing any food or drinks into the venue is strictly forbidden.
Absolutely! We encourage participants to capture photos and videos during the experience as cherished memories. However, please be mindful not to disrupt the experience of other participants. The organizer will not be held responsible for any personal injury.
If you lose any items during the activity, please immediately inform our on-site staff. We also recommend that you keep important belongings safely with you to avoid loss. The organizer will not be liable for any loss or damage to any personal property brought to the venue.
A souvenir shop featuring merchandise from the event is located at the venue exit of the venue, where you can enter freely. However, during peak holiday periods when the crowded are large, on-site crowd control measures may be implemented.
During the event period, the “Peppa Pig Treasure Hunt Themed Cafe” is set up on the 3rd floor, Unit 304 of the iSQUARE, offering a variety of themed food and beverages for you to choose from.
